Regenerative Medicine and Orthobiologics
Evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions that might benefit from advanced biologic treatments like platelet rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC). A detailed office consultation including history, physical exam and imaging review is required to develop the best comprehensive orthobiologic treatment plan. Consultation and follow-up visits are covered by your health plan, but the treatment(s) must be paid at the time of service. Cost will be discussed during your office consultation.
Non-surgical treatments
Common treatment recommendations include physical therapy, medications, bracing, activity modification, or injections. All injections are performed in a clean/sterile manner, with ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance. Whenever possible (insurance, safety, etc.) treatments are provided same day, at the time of evaluation and decision-making with the patient.
Osteoporosis
Screening, evaluation, and discussion of treatment options for patients with concerns about bone health. Collaborative treatment with your Primary Care Physician, Endocrinologist, Rheumatologist, Ob/Gynecologist, and/or Hematologist to help decide the best treatment for you.
